I uncover business opportunities and turn
them into intuitive digital products

I’m a product designer who connects user needs with business goals to strengthen trust, reduce friction, and move loosely defined ideas from discovery through launch.

GraVoc Customer Portal

GraVoc Customer Portal screens: dashboard, mobile, invoices and support tickets

From inherited requirements to a shipped client portal

After a long-planned customer portal was handed to me, I transformed its requirements into a responsive self-service experience connecting invoices, support tickets, statements of work and account contacts.

I expanded the original scope around client self-management, created the interface and component system, and partnered with developers through implementation and QA.

STLL

Independent product

Turning a personal pattern into an original public product

STLL is a private devotional app designed to help Christians redirect distracted or spiraling thoughts toward prayer, reflection and God—even when they only have a few minutes.

I created the product from the ground up, using feedback from 12 beta testers to evolve its content architecture and refine the experience before launch.

Result

Released publicly on iOS and Android in under three months and adopted by 100 users through word of mouth.

Case Tracker Pro

Created at GraVoc

Furthering a prototype into an intuitive legal consumer product

A law firm had validated demand for a client-facing case tracker, but its coded proof of concept was not prepared to support increasing complexity.

I redesigned the experience around three questions: What changed? What is coming next? What do I need to do? The resulting system helps clients understand progress across multiple active matters while still seeing the history and next steps for an individual case.

Result

The approved dashboard direction revealed additional product opportunities, across the wider experience.

About Alicja

My best work begins before the solution is obvious

I connect user needs, business goals, and technical realities to uncover where a digital product can create more value.

Find the real problem

I ask questions, map competing needs and look beyond the initial feature request.

Design for clarity

I turn complicated information and workflows into understandable, actionable experiences.

Build with the team

I collaborate closely with stakeholders and developers so the solution remains useful, feasible and consistent through delivery.

A designer who sees the whole product lifecycle

My background spans visual design, client strategy, and cross-functional delivery. That range allows me to zoom out and define the right problem, then zoom in to design the workflows, interfaces, and systems that bring the solution to life.

As Design & Delivery Manager at GraVoc, I guide digital products and experiences from stakeholder conversations through responsive design, developer collaboration, and launch.

Outside of product work, I’m usually painting, making photographs, or exploring another creative side quest.

Have a product opportunity worth exploring?

Whether you’re shaping a new idea or rethinking an existing experience, I’m always interested in thoughtful products, creative collaboration, and conversations that begin before every answer is known.
